A watch worth keeping
deserves careful hands.

We work on most mechanical and automatic movements regardless of brand. Highly complex proprietary calibres — certain integrated chronograph movements in particular — may need to be referred to a brand service centre. We will tell you honestly at the assessment stage if that is the case.

The most straightforward way is to bring the watch in. We examine it and prepare a written quote at no charge. If you are outside Bangkok, you can also send photos through the contact form and we can give an initial estimate, with the final figure confirmed once the watch is in hand.

A full movement overhaul with case refinishing typically takes four to eight weeks. The range depends on parts availability, the condition of the movement, and current workshop volume. We provide a specific estimate when we accept the job and keep you updated if anything changes that timeline.

The strap and bracelet refresh covers cleaning, link adjustment or removal, new spring bars where the existing ones are worn, and a clasp or buckle check. For metal bracelets we also clean between the links. Most strap jobs are ready the same day or the following morning.

Where genuine parts are available and within reasonable cost, we use them. For watches where OEM parts are no longer supplied or are disproportionately expensive, we will discuss the alternatives with you before proceeding. We do not fit non-original parts without the owner's knowledge and consent.

Watches in our care are covered against loss or damage caused by the workshop. We ask that owners declare an approximate value at drop-off so our records are accurate. For pieces of significant value, we recommend owners maintain their own insurance policy as well.
